Under the title "Health, People, Territory, Future. 25 Years of the Consorci Sanitari de l'Anoia," the event took place at the Teatre Municipal Ateneu Igualadí and served as a space for reunion and recognition of the professionals who have built the institution, as well as an opportunity to reflect on its evolution and future challenges.
The day focused on the people who, through their work and commitment, have made these 25 years of service to the health of the Anoia population possible. Shared memories among professionals from different generations lent a personal and emotional tone to the celebration.
The CSA's manager, Dr. Ignasi Riera, thanked the professionals for their long-term involvement and the organizing committee for making the celebration possible. Institutional representatives also spoke, including the president of the CSA's Governing Council, Enric Mangas; the mayor of Igualada, Marc Castells; and the councilor for social welfare of the Consell Comarcal de l'Anoia, Sandra Fernández.
A highlight was the screening of the documentary "25 Years, 5 Stories," which recounts five key moments in the CSA's trajectory through the testimonies of twelve professionals. This documentary covers milestones such as the move to the new hospital building, the expansion of primary care in Igualada, the hospital's accreditation as a university hospital, and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Subsequently, a round table with retired and active professionals, divided into three segments (past, present, and future), allowed for sharing memories and reflecting on changes in healthcare. Participants included Dr. Pere Besora and Mercè Taló (past), Ramon Sureda and Dr. Mònica Guerrero (present), and Dr. Jennifer Rovira and Sònia Mas (future).
During the event, the renewal of the Consorci Sanitari de l'Anoia's graphic identity was also presented, updating its brand while retaining recognizable elements.
The celebration concluded with a conference "Believe in Dreams and They Will Come True" by writer and screenwriter Albert Espinosa, who engaged the audience with his life experiences.
