The course, held in person, consisted of eight morning sessions. Participants gained insight into Catalan history, geography, and culture, as well as local festivals and the operation of public services.
The Information Center for Foreign Workers (CITE) and the local police also provided instruction. The course concluded with a visit to the Igualada City Council.
During the visit, students were received in the council meeting hall by the Councilor for Institutional Relations and Twinning, Pere Camps.
This edition saw the participation of 23 students, representing up to eight different nationalities, including Brazil, Colombia, Gambia, Honduras, Morocco, Peru, the Dominican Republic, and Venezuela.
