The initiative aims to solidify Central Park as a key meeting point for citizens, promoting an active, healthy, and sustainable lifestyle. The deputy mayor emphasized the space's importance as a community hub.
Among the most prominent proposals is Igualada Yoga Music, which will include sessions for schools and a family-friendly option. The fourth edition of the inclusive and solidarity walk will also be held, offering 2, 5, and 10-kilometer routes open to everyone.
The event will also host high-level sports competitions, such as BMX trials with international participation and the Catalonia Skate and Scooter Championship. The program will be complemented by the Catalan Nordic Walking Cup, the second edition of the Wellness Fair, and guided tours to discover the park's rich biodiversity.
Those interested in participating in the various activities can register starting Monday via the Igualadaamable.cat website.
