The Igualada City Council has conveyed its congratulations to Aurelia Espuela Tello, the city's newest centenarian, in an event held at her home this Tuesday, October 21.

The mayor of Igualada, Marc Castells, accompanied by the Councilor for Social Action, Sandra de la Iglesia, presented Mrs. Espuela Tello with a bouquet of roses and a book of illustrations of different city landmarks.
Aurelia Espuela Tello will also receive the Centenarian Medal awarded by the Generalitat de Catalunya to all individuals who reach this age.
