The Jorba Town Hall has launched a new edition of 'Health Saturdays', an initiative offering free activities to promote physical activity, personal well-being, and healthy habits.

The program, held on Saturdays at 11 am in the Jorba multi-purpose room, includes various proposals for all audiences. The first session will take place on October 10th with Txi Kung, led by Mònica Ruiz. On October 17th, Family Yoga with Laura Sanchez is offered, and on October 24th, a Pilates session with Josep Lluís.
In November, the schedule continues on November 14th with Yoga with Meritxell Pipó. Additionally, on November 7th, there will be Contemporary Dance with Andrea Rubio; on November 21st, Street Dance (hip hop), also with Andrea Rubio; and on November 28th, a Jiu Jitsu session with Xavi Comellas. For all activities, bringing a towel and mat is recommended.
All activities are free but require prior registration through the eÀgora app or in person at the Jorba Town Hall. Through this initiative, the council aims to provide a space for physical activity, health care, and shared time with others, with accessible proposals for everyone.
