La Torre de Claramunt will host the tenth edition of the Cassola de Vinya and Olla de Murri Festival on Sunday, November 8th, a well-established gastronomic and cultural celebration in the municipality.

The Recinte Torresport in the town center will be the venue for this festive day, running from 10 AM to 2 PM. The festival will offer a diverse program for all ages, including workshops, live ambient music, giant wooden games, and stalls selling local products.
Attendees can enjoy snails in a casserole, artisan bread baked in a traditional oven, and an exhibition of vintage cars and motorcycles. Concurrently, a workshop on restoring the Basteret dry stone hut will be held, requiring prior registration via phone at 697485006 or email at lcosta@anoia.cat.
From early morning, using firewood, the traditional 'olles de murri' (stews) and 'cassoles de vinya' (vineyard casseroles) will be cooked. Visitors who purchase a 10 euro ticket can sample these dishes, accompanied by a glass of wine or artisan cava, carquinyolis (almond biscuits), and artisan bread.
As a complementary activity, a ratafia (herbal liqueur) tasting will be offered, requiring prior registration due to limited spaces. Tickets for the tasting can be purchased in advance at the Town Hall during morning hours or at the sant Joan Baptista social center in the afternoon.
The Town Council of La Torre de Claramunt invites all citizens to participate in this festival, which celebrates its tenth anniversary, solidifying its status as one of the most unique and deeply rooted activities in the municipality.
