The lighting improvement of Parc del Migdia, an important meeting point in the Santa Olga neighborhood, was carried out after local youth informed the City Council of the need for a safer and more functional space during dark hours.
As a result of this commitment, last week the park's lighting installation, previously operated manually, was improved and automated. This intervention, carried out with the council's own staff and materials, aims to provide a better-lit and safer space for residents.
The governing team emphasizes that these are small actions but have a direct impact on the daily life of the municipality, enhancing the quality of public spaces.
