The decision, officially announced this Wednesday, November 4th, keeps Ms. Calsina as a government councillor but removes her political functions. This change to the cartapacio follows the events and positions presented in yesterday's extraordinary plenary session.
The redistribution of the dismissed councillor's responsibilities affects several areas. The third Deputy Mayor position now falls to Councillor Susana Jornalé. Responsibilities in Culture, Fairs, and Festivals are assumed by Councillor Neus Núñez.
Meanwhile, Councillor Àngel Sabaté takes on responsibilities in Heritage and Tourism. Additionally, Ms. Jornalé will also serve as the neighbourhood representative for the Urban Centre, including the areas of La Plana, Barri dels Gats, Av. Barcelona, and Serral.
