The decision was made at this morning's plenary session, with favorable votes from Unitat d’Aran (UA) and the abstention of Convergència Democratica Aranesa (CDA). Among the main approved investments are 200,000 euros for the valorization project of Castèth Leon, in Es Bòrdes, where access cleaning works are currently underway.
In terms of infrastructure and municipal cooperation, the modification includes 1,450,000 euros to re-tender the final phase of the TRANSGARONA cycle path project, which has been declared void for the second time. Likewise, a budget of 10,000 euros has been approved to increase the agreement between the Conselh and the Naut Aran City Council for the improvement of forest tracks, now totaling 55,000€ contributed by the Conselh.
An initial budget of 30,000€ has also been created for the improvement of the changing rooms at the football field in Bossòst, pending the cost of the project from the Bossòst City Council to evaluate a possible increase. The modification will also allow for the reinforcement of budgets for the operation of public services, with resources for school canteens and transport, air conditioning for museum reserve rooms, improvement of the wool factory, conservation of buildings and IT equipment, and also for various supply and service expenses.
