The School White Sport program has successfully completed its latest season in Val d'Aran, engaging 3rd and 4th-grade students in snow-related physical activities and mountain culture.

Supported by the Generalitat de Catalunya, the program enables approximately 2,000 students from the Pyrenees to practice alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowboarding during school hours. The initiative aims to promote healthy lifestyles and environmental respect among children aged 8 to 10.
In the Aran region, the project is managed by the Conselh Esportiu with the backing of the Conselh Generau d'Aran. Local schools, including Escola Garona and Escola Sant Ròc, participated in training sessions designed to combine technical skills with a deep understanding of the natural surroundings.
The season concluded on Monday, March 16, at the Beret ski resort. The final event brought together students from Val d'Aran and Alta Ribagorça, highlighting the cooperation between neighboring mountain territories and fostering a sense of community through sport.
