The utility company Aigües de Manresa hosted a technical workshop at the Palau Firal de Manresa to transfer its digitalization expertise to twenty professionals and organizations from the water industry.

The event, titled Transfer of experiences from the Aigües de Manresa PERTE, focused on advanced network management. Esther Costa, operations director, and Sergi Compte from the Catalan Water Partnership, opened the session highlighting the need for shared knowledge.
A key highlight was the deployment of 3,750 sensors across the water network. Presented by Josep Maria Zaragoza, this sensor technology enables real-time monitoring and smarter operational decision-making to address modern infrastructure challenges.

"It is essential to create technology transfer spaces between operators and companies to generate collective knowledge."
