The Divers restaurant, located in the future residential facility of La Parada that the Ampans Foundation is finalizing, opened its doors last Friday. The culinary proposal focuses on quality, respect for local products, and a modern take on traditional Catalan cuisine, highlighting grilled dishes and rice specialties.
The success was immediate, as the establishment was fully booked during the first two days of operation and already has all reservations covered for the upcoming weekend. More than 200 people were able to sample its cuisine during this initial public contact.
This establishment emphasizes Ampans' commitment to the social economy, integrating people with intellectual disabilities and those in vulnerable situations into the team.
The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday, offering a lunch menu daily. In addition to weekday lunches, dinner is available on Fridays and Saturdays. The establishment also promotes breakfasts, vermouths, and snacks, aiming to become a community meeting point in Manresa.
