The Barcelona Restaurant Guild held its traditional Santa Eulàlia festival this Wednesday at the La Paloma ballroom, bringing together industry leaders, cultural icons, and politicians.

The legendary venue in the Raval district was packed for an event that has become a social landmark in the city. For this 2026 edition, actor Alberto San Juan was named the year's ambassador and guest of honor, introduced by actress Melani Olivares.

"San Juan reclaimed the relevance of the 'No to war' slogan in light of the conflicts in Palestine and Iran."
