The guitar recital by teacher Belisana Ruiz, scheduled to open the 16th edition of the "Una hora de música" cycle at the Conservatori de Manresa, has been postponed until March 5 due to personal reasons.

The organization, managed by the Ajuntament de Manresa, confirmed that the concert, titled Breu història de la guitarra, originally scheduled for Friday, February 6, will now take place on March 5 at 8 p.m. This cycle, which runs until May, features ten free concerts performed by the center's teaching staff.
Following the postponement, the first event of the season will be on February 19 with the recital Como el mar. This performance will introduce Cuban pianist Maria Lilia Cano Raya, accompanied by Tony Cruz Dos Santos (bass), Sergi Torrejón Molina (drums), and Albert Comaleras Dabau (saxophone and flute).
Highlights include the fusion of music and choreography by the Trio Kairós, which on February 27 will offer a personal take on Astor Piazzolla's Cuatro estaciones porteñas. Other concerts include Play on March 12, four-hand piano with Jordi Humet Alsius and Dasha Medvedeva Chernov on March 17, and Viennese classicism with Amat Santacana Gómez and Benjamí Santacana Mata on April 22.
The cycle will conclude on May 11 with a monographic recital dedicated to Franz Liszt, performed by former teacher Pep Pérez. The program will feature works such as Consolacions, Sonets de Petrarca, and the Sonata en si menor.
