The Centre d'Esports Manresa men's and women's first teams were photographed this Saturday at the Basílica de la Seu to commemorate the club's 120th anniversary, linking sport with the city's history.

The idea for the photo session came from the photographer Jordi Biel, a collaborator of Regió7, who suggested utilizing the iconic Basílica de la Seu for the official photo marking the 120th anniversary of Centre d’Esports Manresa, the city's oldest club.
The event took place this Saturday at noon, after the winter transfer market closed, ensuring that all players who will finish the season were present in the snapshot. This included new signings such as David Batanero.
The session was attended by both senior teams, their technical staff, and authorities. The Mayor of Manresa, Marc Aloy, was present and stoically endured the wind blowing on Puig Cardener. The Sports Councillor, Anjo Valentí, was unable to attend due to illness.
The organization of the complex photograph, which required precise composition on the facade steps, was handled by Biel, the press officer Nasi Sala, and the vice-president Francesc Sòria. The club delegate, José Antonio Sánchez, was missed due to family reasons.
The session culminated with the official photos, featuring club president Lluís Basiana and Mayor Aloy. The teams return to their usual home, the Nou Estadi del Congost, to play on Sunday: the men against Vilanova and the women against Solsona.
