The Cerdanya County Council has renewed its agreement with the Girona Provincial Council to maintain the Reempresa Service, which has successfully facilitated six business transfers in the last two years.

Since joining the Catalonia Reempresa Centre in 2017, the region has focused on a business transmission model that prevents the closure of functional companies. This collaboration with the Cecot business association aims to preserve local economic activity and jobs in Cerdanya.
The service operates through a Point of Attention within the Economic Promotion department. It provides personalized guidance for both business owners looking to sell and entrepreneurs interested in taking over established projects, ensuring legal and financial viability.
