CE Manresa secured an important narrow victory (1-0) against CF Vilanova at the Congost stadium, placing them joint leaders of Group V of Tercera Federación.

The win for the team managed by Sergi Trullàs was based on the penalty goal scored by Matheus in the first half, following a foul on Moha Ezzarfani. The home side had to make a considerable defensive effort, especially after the expulsion of Èric Montes on the hour mark, which left the team with ten men for half an hour.
This victory, the second consecutive home win for the first time this season, allows CE Manresa to reach 39 points. Thanks to the defeats of Badalona and Cornellà, the Manresa team is tied at the top of the Group V standings, keeping the fight for the leadership alive.
The match was marked by initial parity and missed chances by striker Ayoub, who had to be substituted due to a quadriceps strain before halftime. His departure led to the debut at Congost of Barragán, a recent winter signing, who showed his speed on the left wing.
Despite being numerically disadvantaged, the home defense, led by coach Sergi Trullàs, managed to neutralize CF Vilanova's attacks. The victory was definitively sealed in added time when captain and goalkeeper Òscar Pulido made a decisive save under the posts, securing the three points after Barragán's late red card.
