The Joviat Culinary school in Manresa concluded its 20th Gastrofòrum this week, featuring prestigious alumni such as Oriol Castro and Jordi Vilà as keynote speakers.

The four-day event focused on the fusion of tradition and contemporary techniques. Oriol Castro, from the world-renowned restaurant Disfrutar, emphasized the importance of curiosity and teamwork, while Jordi Vilà, from Alkimia, advocated for the preservation of Catalan culinary heritage.
