Representatives from the Junts party gathered this Monday at the Manresa railway station to protest against the structural collapse of the Rodalies commuter rail service in Central Catalonia.

The event, part of a national campaign, focused on the grievances of R4 line passengers. Local mayors and councilors distributed 300 flyers to highlight the lack of reliability and constant technical issues affecting the regional transport network.

"Bages cannot continue accumulating unfulfilled promises. We need the immediate execution of the investments committed to the R4 line."

Party spokespeople argued that the current situation is the result of a failed management model by the Spanish State. They claimed that the lack of funding hinders local economic development and creates a persistent territorial disadvantage for the Bages region.
