The Manresa Holy Week Association has unveiled this year's events, centered around the Seu Basilica and the city's historic squares on March 29th and April 3rd.

The festivities will begin on Thursday, March 26th, with an opening speech by Pep Borrell Vilanova at the Plana Auditorium. The event will also honor José Luis Cornejo Romero, who will be named Senior Brother (Confrare Major) for his long-standing dedication to the local religious traditions.
On Palm Sunday, the city will host the Armats de Manresa parade and a sacred music concert at the Conservatori Theatre. The day will conclude with the solemn Silence Procession, leaving from the Seu Basilica at 9:00 PM, featuring various local religious congregations.
The highlights of Good Friday on April 3rd include the Dance of Death performance at Sant Domènec Square and the main evening procession. This final parade will weave through the old town's streets, showcasing historic religious statues and the traditional Armats formations.
