Over the last five years, the project has focused on 8 kilometers of the riverbank, aiming to integrate the watercourse into the urban fabric. Key actions included removing invasive vegetation and planting 3,986 new trees. These efforts have successfully encouraged the return of wildlife, including otters.

The initiative also featured the acquisition of the Panyos canal to preserve industrial heritage and the construction of new pedestrian bridges. Pol Huguet, Councilor for Climate Action, highlighted that 65% of the funding was secured through external grants.
