The R4 Rodalies commuter line faces speed restrictions across more than four kilometers between Terrassa and Manresa this February, as authorities work to secure railway embankments.

According to Adif's weekly report, new critical points have been established, forcing drivers to slow down to 30 km/h. A total of 4,259 meters are affected, specifically between Sant Vicenç de Castellet and Terrassa Estació del Nord stations.

"Half of the emergency points are expected to be repaired by the end of this February."
