The Minister of Territory, Sílvia Paneque, announced that the RL4 rail line between Manresa and Cervera is expected to reopen this Thursday once a technical risk assessment is completed.

Train services in this area are currently replaced by buses due to water leakages that could cause ground movement. Paneque stated that recent data suggests the leaks are not affecting the structural integrity of the tracks.

"I insist on working side by side with the Parliament and the groups to reach a national pact that marks a shared path."

The Minister acknowledged a 'perverse normality' in the Rodalies network due to historical underinvestment but highlighted that 77% of planned investments were executed last year as part of a 8 billion euro recovery plan.
