More than 900 runners gathered this Friday at the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona to participate in a party that replaces alcohol with sports and wellness.

The healthy party trend, known as Healthy Fest, sold out all tickets for the latest session organized by Gravity Run. The event started with a 5-kilometer run along Diagonal avenue, ending with a guided workout and music on the dance floor.

"More and more young people are choosing not to drink alcohol, to play sports, and to prioritize a healthy life."

This leisure style is not exclusive to one venue. Iconic clubs like Apolo or Bling Bling have also hosted fitness and indoor cycling sessions with live DJs. Other communities like Midnight Runners are strengthening this social network that uses running as a tool for socialization.
