The Sant Joan de Vilatorrada Town Council reported that approximately 1,200 people attended the Carnival festivities this Saturday, which saw a significant increase in public turnout compared to previous years.

The parade started at 5:00 PM with 23 local groups and 850 participants. Costumes ranged from Disney princesses and Batman to creative underwater themes. The Collbaix School AFA won the top prize for their medieval-themed group display.
Despite the strong winds in the Bages region, the celebration continued until the evening with mobile DJs and festive floats, marking one of the most successful local events of the season.
