Sustainability expert Toni Lodeiro will open the 40th edition of the Lacetània Sessions this Monday, March 23rd, in Manresa, addressing the challenges of conscious consumption and responsible lifestyles.

The opening talk will take place at 6:00 PM at the Lacetània Institute. Lodeiro, author of the influential book Consumir menos, vivir mejor, has previously collaborated with major city councils like Madrid and Barcelona. The event, supported by Mayor Marc Aloy, aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and global environmental challenges.
The program runs until March 27th and features prominent speakers such as scientist Antonio Turiel and social economy expert Gerard Pijoan. Students will also engage in practical workshops focused on waste reduction and industrial repairability, positioning the center as a local hub for sustainable innovation in the Bages region.
