The Sant Andreu Salut Foundation is collaborating on this initiative by hosting talks, a workshop, and a concert at the Sant Andreu Hospital. The program will run from October 29 to November 26.
The first event will take place on October 29 at 6:30 PM in the Gothic Hall of Sant Andreu Hospital. It will be a talk titled 'Digital Death,' featuring Bruno Pérez Juncà, discussing the digital footprint and legacy we leave online.
On November 3, at 5:30 PM, on Avinguda Bertrand i Serra – via Sant Ignasi, a participatory mural about life will be inaugurated. This artwork was created in collaboration with the Manresa School of Art and the workshop 'The Art of Living' from the AMPANS Foundation, with support from the Sant Andreu Salut Foundation and the Manresa City Council.
On November 12, at 6:30 PM, in the Gothic Hall of Sant Andreu Hospital, a workshop on the Advance Care Directive will be held. It will feature Rosa Corbacho and Anna Vidal from the Dret a Morir Dignament Association.
On November 15, at 6 PM, in the Church of Sant Andreu Hospital, the solidarity concert 'Entenem-nos per Amor. Mística del Món' will take place. The performance will be by the Cor Zènit, directed by Joan Miró Prat. The concert has a suggested donation of 8 euros.
Finally, on November 26, at 6:30 PM in the Gothic Hall of Sant Andreu Hospital, psychologists Jonathan Levit and Llibert Enrique from the 'la Caixa' Foundation's School for Caregivers will give a talk titled 'Accompanying People at the End of Life'.
The talks and the workshop are free, with limited places. Prior registration is essential for the talk on digital death and the advance care directive workshop, and recommended for the accompaniment session.
