The operation took place around five in the afternoon on Friday on the Santpedor road, a key route in the capital of Bages, after several neighbors warned of the imminent danger.
The piece, a plastic skylight, was at risk of falling, which could have caused a serious accident if it had landed on the roadway.
The Generalitat Firefighters mobilized quickly with two units to manage the incident. They used the ladder truck to access the element and remove it safely.
Thanks to the rapid intervention of the emergency services, no one was injured and the incident did not cause additional material damage in the Santpedor road area.
