The selection took place on Wednesday at the Programa Primer 2025 Demo Day, held at the Antiga Fàbrica Estrella Damm, where 19 entrepreneurs presented their pitches. Only six initiatives were chosen to represent Catalan entrepreneurship at 4YFN 2026, the Mobile World Congress event dedicated to start-ups.

The two projects promoted by Healthcare Vallès are Foresee, which offers remote monitoring for heart failure patients using an intravascular implant, and Polar NanoPharma, which develops smart nanocapsules for the controlled release of drugs inside tumor cells.
Joining them is Mesai, a project based in Terrassa linked to the company Datision and pre-accelerated by the UPC Industrial Tech program. Mesai transforms data generated by companies into useful decisions, making artificial intelligence accessible without the need for experts or large investments, especially for SMEs.
With this selection, Healthcare Vallès consolidates its successful trajectory in the Programa Primer, an initiative of the Departament d’Empresa i Treball co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus. Over the last three editions (2023, 2024, and 2025), the Cecot pre-accelerator has ensured that eight projects in the health and care sector have had a presence at 4YFN.
