The incident occurred around one in the afternoon at kilometer 2.900 of the road. According to initial reports, the crash involved two cars and a van, with two vehicles colliding head-on and the third hitting one of them.
Four fire crews from the Cambrils and Reus stations, along with emergency region personnel, were dispatched to the scene. Their actions included disconnecting vehicle batteries and cleaning the road to ensure safety.
Initially, no one was trapped. However, some of the injured required evacuation and transfer to the Sant Joan de Reus Hospital for medical attention.
The Servei Català de Trànsit confirmed that the T-310 road remains closed to traffic while accident response and cleanup operations are underway.
