The project foresees the creation of new workspaces to enhance the attention provided to users and adapt the facilities to the projected growth in the number of professionals. The renovation works are scheduled to begin in October and will last for two weeks, aiming to minimize disruptions to the Department's activities.
At the building on Sant Plàcid street, the renovation involves dividing room 10 on the third floor into two new offices. This project, with a budget of 30,588 euros, will include the installation of smoke detectors, emergency lights, and additional sockets and switches.
Furthermore, at the Les Basses Civic Centre, located on Sant Pere street, two offices on the first floor will be renovated with a budget of 41,473 euros. Additionally, the citizen service area will be adapted to make it more accessible.
During the construction period, measures have been implemented to ensure service continuity and minimize inconvenience to citizens, who have been asked for their understanding regarding potential disruptions.
