Emergency services received the alert around 11:30 PM. Two fire crews were dispatched to the scene and managed to put out the flames shortly after midnight, preventing the fire from spreading to nearby structures.

While the building did not suffer material damage, smoke from the burning container affected the immediate area. Mossos d'Esquadra police and Medical Emergency System (SEM) units also attended the incident as a precaution.
