The event, held at the Teatre Bartrina and the Centre de Lectura de Reus, once again demonstrated the city's ability to connect artistic and culinary disciplines. The initiative, organized by the Escola de Dansa del Centre de Lectura, attracted numerous attendees throughout the morning.
Participants enjoyed a journey that alternated tastings of local products with live dance performances. This combination allowed culture and gastronomy to dialogue, creating an immersive experience where movement and taste complemented each other.
One of the notable novelties of this edition was the collaboration with Espai Boule – Formació en restauració. This entity was responsible for preparing the tastings, providing its students with a valuable opportunity to showcase their talent in a real and public context.
Òrbita Gastronòmica is integrated within the Premis Òrbita de Dansa Contemporània, a consolidated platform in the city that seeks to foster collaboration between different sectors. The event highlighted the importance of building partnerships between cultural and gastronomic agents, consolidating Reus as a space where artistic creation and local products mutually reinforce each other.
