The Reus Central Market was filled on Saturday with the gastronomic festival 'Menja't el Mercat', where stallholders offered tapas made from their products.

The 'Menja't el Mercat' celebration transformed the Reus Central Market into a gastronomic hub on Saturday afternoon. More than 20 stalls participated in the event, offering attendees the chance to sample tapas made from ingredients sourced directly from their businesses.
Visitors enjoyed a wide variety of culinary offerings, including established favorites like cod carpaccio, oxtail stew, homemade croquettes, and beef mini-burgers. There were also new additions, with the participation of recently opened stalls such as Boletaries del Pirineu, Xarcuteria Jordana, and Cafè Veritas.
The event combined gastronomy with musical performances, creating a festive atmosphere for everyone. The initiative aims to promote local products and the work of the market's vendors.

"'Menja't el Mercat', the tapas night of the Central Market, has been fully consolidated as one of the highlights of the city's spring festive calendar."
