The European adventure of Miró Ganxets from Reus in the Women's Champions League has come to an end. The Catalan team was defeated by the strong French side ASRTT Saint Quentin in a tie where the players from Reus demonstrated their competitive level, despite the adverse result.
The defeat marks the exit of the Ganxets from the highest continental table tennis competition, forcing them to now focus their efforts on the domestic league. The participation of the Reus club in this edition of the Champions League has been considered a success, as they managed to overcome several preliminary rounds and face high-caliber international opponents.
Despite the disappointment of the elimination, the club management and coaching staff highlighted the great work done by the players throughout the group stage and the knockout rounds. This experience will serve as a foundation for future European participation, consolidating the sports project of Miró Ganxets.
