The progress report details that, out of the 405 initially planned actions, 396 have already been launched. Of these, a total of 79 actions have been successfully completed so far, according to data collected by the council up to last June.
Regarding strategic areas, the axes focused on active listening, people, science, and economic innovation lead the ranking with 69.6% execution. Meanwhile, the educational city area stands out as the most advanced in operational deployment, reaching 80.5% of completed actions.
The municipal government has highlighted the importance of transparency in public management, presenting the plan as a cross-cutting tool. Completed actions cover diverse areas, from improving digital accessibility and citizen services to the renovation of cultural facilities such as the Museu de Reus and the Gaudí Centre Reus.
The council plans to carry out two additional updates on the plan's progress, specifically in December 2026 and spring 2027, to keep citizens informed about the status of the initiatives before the end of the term.
