The company P3 has completed the urbanization of its logistics platform in Reus, establishing it as Catalonia's largest logistics development project, with 111,250 m² ready for construction.

European logistics real estate investor and developer P3 has finalized the redevelopment works of the P3 Reus sector, located in Mas Sunyer. This project involved unifying six access roads and installing key infrastructure, including a high-capacity electrical connection, moving a total of 176,600 m³ of earth. With these works complete, the 175,250 m² plot is now prepared to host the construction of the largest logistics platform currently under development in Catalonia.
The future logistics complex, covering 111,250 m² of built area – equivalent to 15 football fields – will allocate 107,850 m² to warehousing and 3,400 m² to offices. It will feature 118 loading docks, a clear height of 11.5 meters, capacity for 85,000 pallets, and a total volume of 829,000 m³, all designed to high sustainability standards.
The completion of this phase aligns with a period of significant interest from international operators in the Mediterranean corridor. P3 has already entered preliminary discussions with several top-tier companies, indicating a swift marketing process for the new facility.
