The Mossos d'Esquadra, the Guàrdia Urbana de Reus, and the Spanish National Police conducted a security operation on Thursday, January 29, in the Mas Pellicer neighborhood, leading to three arrests.

During the coordinated action, more than 120 individuals were identified, 67 of whom had prior police records. The operation concluded with a total of three arrests and seven people cited for various offenses.
The Catalan police arrested a 54-year-old man as the alleged perpetrator of theft, four counts of bank card fraud, and one attempted fraud. This arrest is linked to the theft of a wallet on January 14 and the subsequent fraudulent use of the stolen card in four establishments in Reus.
Regarding the other arrests, Spanish National Police agents detained two individuals and cited two others for violations of immigration law. The Guàrdia Urbana, for its part, processed 23 administrative citations for traffic infractions and immobilized two vehicles.
Furthermore, officers cited six people for possession of narcotics and one for possession of a prohibited weapon. As part of the operation, a commercial premises was inspected, resulting in several administrative reports for detected irregularities and the seizure of 50 packages of illegal nicotine products.
