The Vandellòs i l’Hospitalet de l’Infant City Council joins European Mobility Week with a free urban cycling event on Saturday, September 19th in L'Hospitalet de l'Infant.

The activity, organized by the council's Mobility department with the collaboration of the Sports Area, Civil Protection, and the local Cycling Club, aims to foster more sustainable, safe, and healthy mobility habits, as well as to raise public awareness about reducing pollution and improving air quality.
The urban cycling event, part of European Mobility Week 2026 under the slogan "Mobility for All," is aimed at people of all ages and levels. The proposed route is 6 kilometers through the town's streets, starting at 10:00 AM in front of the Town Hall (Casa de la Vila). Refreshments will be provided at the end.
This initiative seeks to promote cycling as a daily, healthy, and environmentally friendly mode of transport. This year's European Mobility Week focuses on intergenerational justice, advocating for access to quality and sustainable transport for all generations.
