Both councils, the Vandellòs Town Hall and the Casa de la Vila in l'Hospitalet de l'Infant, will undergo interventions to renovate elements deteriorated by time and improve their energy, thermal, and acoustic performance.
At the Casa de la Vila in l'Hospitalet de l'Infant, the work includes repairing and painting the exterior facade, as well as replacing 107 original wooden and single-glazed windows and balconies with new PVC frames featuring double glazing. This phase has a budget of 115,000 euros (VAT included) and is expected to commence in the last quarter of the year.
In parallel, the Vandellòs Town Hall building will have 20 windows and two balconies with severely damaged wood replaced. These improvements, budgeted at 21,126.60 euros (VAT included), also aim to optimize energy efficiency and acoustic comfort.
“"The actions are part of the municipal commitment to maintain and modernize public facilities, improving the comfort of employees and citizens who access them."
Mayor Assumpció Castellví has highlighted the importance of these works for the upkeep and modernization of public spaces, emphasizing the improvement of well-being for both municipal staff and users.
