P3 has finalized its reurbanization works in Reus, specifically in the H12 sector of Mas Sunyer. This project, covering an area of 175,250 square meters, involved unifying six roads, implementing hydraulic infrastructure, and developing a high-capacity electrical connection. These efforts are crucial for the future operation of a large-scale logistics hub.

The project's scale is evident in the movement of 176,600 cubic meters of earth during the construction phase. The future logistics platform will feature a built area of 111,250 square meters, with 107,850 m² designated for warehouse space and 3,400 m² for offices.

The facility will be equipped with 118 loading docks, an 11.5-meter clear height, and a storage capacity for 85,000 pallets, totaling a volume of 829,000 cubic meters.
