The president of the Club Tennis Taula Ganxets de Reus has been re-elected for a new four-year term, until 2030, with the goal of securing larger facilities and establishing an international school.

The candidacy, the only one submitted, has been officially proclaimed, ensuring the continuity of the current leadership. This decision will allow the club to continue its trajectory of growth and consolidation in the table tennis scene.
The new Board of Directors includes Carles Prats as secretary, and Enric Pàmies, Maria Jesus Vila, Joan B. Pere, Núria Masgoret, Sergio Arribas, Josep Rius, Anton Ricomà, Cristina Zapata, Miquel Domingo, and Olga Calderó as members. This team will work to achieve the objectives set for the new period.
The president, who is a founding member and has led the entity since its inception in 2014, has set as priorities for this mandate the acquisition of larger and more suitable facilities for the club's 200 members. Furthermore, the creation of an international table tennis school is proposed, an ambitious project that seeks to foster training and talent.
This season, the club has achieved outstanding results, reaching the semifinals of the Europe Cup and being a finalist in the Copa de la Reina, held in Tarragona. Currently, the team holds the fourth position in the Spanish Superdivision of Honor, with qualification for European competitions already secured for next season.
The team's upcoming commitments include a match against Cliniqs.com this Thursday at 18:00, and a visit to UCAM Cartagena on Saturday at 17:30.
