Reus reaches 57% execution of its Municipal Action Plan mid-term

The City Council has already started 96% of planned actions and completed fifty projects as of December.

The Reus City Council has achieved a 57% global execution rate for its 2023-2027 Municipal Action Plan (PAM) as of December 2025, with almost all projects currently underway.

Out of 405 planned actions, 389 have already been initiated by the local government. To date, 51 specific projects have been fully completed. This represents a 12.5 percentage point increase compared to June 2025, showing a steady acceleration in municipal activity.

Key areas such as social rights and innovation show the highest progress, exceeding 69% execution. The green city axis stands at 42.1%, while housing and equality policies have already surpassed two-thirds of their four-year goals.
