The city of Reus, alongside Riudoms and Vila-seca, will be the hub of Catalan grassroots roller hockey from May 15 to 17, hosting the Catalan Championship in various categories and the Elite Cup.

The Castell del Cambrer in Reus was the venue for the presentation and draw of these important competitions. The event includes the Catalan Championship in U13, Junior, and Fem13 categories, as well as the Elite Cup, bringing together the country's best youth teams.
Reus has established itself as the main venue for this grassroots hockey championship until 2027, thanks to an agreement signed last year between the Reus City Council and the Catalan Skating Federation. Matches in the capital of Baix Camp will be played at the Pavelló Olímpic Municipal, the Joan Rebull multi-sport facility, and the premises of Reus Deportiu and Reus Ploms.

"We appreciate the presence of the institutions and the effort made by all clubs in the organization. Last year's experience will make this year even better."

Benjamí Pons · President of the Catalan Skating Federation
The presentation was attended by representatives of the Catalan Skating Federation and the Sports councilors from the three host towns. Municipal officials highlighted the federation's commitment to continue holding these championships in the region and the satisfaction of hosting the competition, especially in Vila-seca, which is celebrating its hockey club's fiftieth anniversary.
Following the speeches, the draw for the competition groups took place, a crucial step for the organization of these sporting events that promise strong emotions and a high level of play.
