The Municipal Olympic Pavilion in Reus is set to host the 4th City of Reus Open on March 21-22, featuring a weekend dedicated to martial arts and combat sports.

Organized by the Chois Sport Martial Arts Club with support from the Reus City Council, the event kicks off on Saturday morning with a Wamai competition involving 600 athletes. The afternoon session will transition into a high-profile boxing and kickboxing gala.
Top-tier fighters including world kickboxing champion Frank Hurtado, Spanish boxing champion Cristobal Lorente, and world team champion César Córdoba are scheduled to appear. The event aims to replicate last year's success, which nearly filled the arena's capacity.

"Events like this demonstrate that our city is capable of hosting and promoting very diverse sports, from martial arts to boxing or kickboxing."
