Healthy Walks in Vandellòs and l'Hospitalet de l'Infant

The Health Department and the Basic Health Area of Vandellòs-l’Hospitalet have resumed healthy walks to promote physical activity among citizens, with the collaboration of the Sports Area of the City Council.

These activities offer circular routes of approximately one hour, starting and ending at the Primary Care Center of l'Hospitalet de l'Infant and Vandellòs. The itineraries are suitable for everyone and are designed to enjoy the surroundings, engage in moderate exercise, and share a pleasant time.
The walks will take place from October 7, 2026, to May 29, 2027. In Vandellòs, they will be held every Friday, and in l'Hospitalet de l'Infant every Wednesday, always from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. There will be no activity during the Christmas and Easter holidays.
Staff from the Primary Care Center and the coordinator of the Health Department will be present at all sessions to ensure the safety and supervision of the activity.
