The Mossos d’Esquadra (Tortosa Investigation Unit) arrested a 34-year-old woman in Deltebre on December 11 for alleged drug trafficking operating from a private residence.

The operation began after receiving information suggesting the existence of a property in the town used for the sale of narcotic substances, a lead corroborated with the Deltebre Local Police. The investigation involved surveillance, monitoring, and several seizures of substances linked to the address.
After obtaining a search warrant, investigators confirmed the illicit activity. They seized approximately 18 grams of rock cocaine, marijuana buds, hashish, 862 euros in cash, two precision scales, and plastic bag cutouts used for preparing single doses. An air rifle and a spring pistol were also found.
In addition to the drugs, officers found a large number of items—including power tools, appliances, electronic devices, bicycles, and electric scooters—that are suspected to be proceeds from property crimes committed in Deltebre and the surrounding area.
These objects are currently being held by the Local Police to be displayed and potentially returned to the victims of the property crimes. The suspect appeared before the Tortosa Court of Instruction on December 12, and the investigation remains open.
