The event, which arrives with an expanded program, will focus on the fusion between local cuisine, the landscape of the territory, and cultural experiences. During the three-day event, visitors will be able to enjoy 22 gastronomic demonstrations and showcookings by renowned professionals from the sector, both from the Catalan and local spheres.
The fair will feature a total of 56 stands and will maintain successful proposals such as the Mescla a bord activity, which combines river navigation with gastronomy and performing arts. According to the organization, this experience has been very well received, with more than 650 tickets already sold before the start of the fair.
“"Mescla is a demonstration of how we can promote high-level events capable of attracting more and more visitors, generating economic activity, and positioning ourselves as a top-tier gastronomic tourist destination."
The evolution of the event has been remarkable in recent years. Municipal data indicate exponential growth in the number of tastings served, going from 10,000 units in 2021 to exceeding 108,000 in the 2025 edition, a fact that consolidates the event as a tourist benchmark in the Terres de l'Ebre.
The official inauguration, scheduled for Friday, May 22nd, will be attended by municipal representatives from the area, reinforcing collaboration between the towns of the delta. In addition to the culinary offer, the program includes concerts, contests, and family spaces designed for all audiences.
