Officers from the Mossos d'Esquadra's Traffic Regional Area of Terres de l'Ebre have once again criminally charged a 54-year-old man in Tortosa for driving with a court-suspended license.

The incident occurred yesterday when officers stopped the driver, who had already been apprehended last Thursday for the same offense. On that occasion, the individual was criminally charged and brought before the judicial authorities.
Despite the previous penalty, the man was once again caught behind the wheel of his vehicle with his driving license suspended by judicial order. This has led to the officers investigating him again as the alleged perpetrator of a crime against road safety.
Driving with a license suspended by judicial decision can result in prison sentences of three to six months, a fine ranging from twelve to twenty-four months, or community service for thirty-one to ninety days.
