Jesús hosts the first round of Baix Ebre school figure skating championship

Over 140 young athletes will gather this Saturday at the local sports hall for the regional school games.

The Jesús Sports Hall is set to host the opening day of the Baix Ebre School Sports Games figure skating competition this Saturday, February 28th, featuring 140 young skaters.

Organized by the Baix Ebre Sports Council and the Jesús Skating Club, the event will showcase 120 performances, including 116 individual routines and four group displays. Athletes will compete across levels A, B, and C, focusing on technical skills and artistic expression.
The competition starts at 9:00 AM and continues in the afternoon from 4:00 PM. This event marks the beginning of a regional circuit that will visit l'Ametlla de Mar and Deltebre before the final in Tortosa on May 9th.
